Creative Sharing = Happiness

The ‘Creative Sharing = Happiness’ Exhibition showcases artworks from creative people resident in Merseyside who have been attending an Art Studio group at SOLA ARTS since May 2014.

 

Meeting weekly for 2 hours a group of creatively inspired and talented individuals have been exploring ways they can express themselves and communicate through their artworks.

 

Some of the participants in the group have chosen to share artworks with you that they feel express something about themselves and happiness.

 

This project has been enabling people to improve their emotional and mental wellbeing through creative engagement and Art Therapy. The group has been run by an Art Psychotherapist and supported by a volunteer artist.

 

This project has been funded by the European Social Fund and the Workers Education Association, and additionally supported by Liverpool Clinical Commissioning Group funding.
